Wind N.N.E & fine weather.  Str Dragon and Maratanza

proceeded up the river.  Port Royal & Naugatuck went down at 10 AM.

Wind E & pleasant.  Dragon came down the river

Light breeze from S.E. & pleasant.  6.15 Steamer Rescue arrived 

7.35 Massachusetts arrived with flag of truce.  The Aroostook arrived

& anchored at 7.40
