during the watch. 2 Jacob Bell arrived. At 4 got underweigh and
convoyed St[eame]r Stepping Stones by Windmill p[oin]t. E.V. Gager for L.N.S.
From 4 to 8
Wind & weather same. proceeded down to Windmill p[oin]t
and returned. anchored at 7 Louis Stodder
From 8 to Meridian
At 10.30 Maratanza got under weigh and stood
down the river. calm & weather clear SDG
From Meridian to 4 P.M
Light airs from the SW& clear. At 1.30 the Maratanza
arrived bearing the pennant of Com Goldborough. at 2 the Jacob Bell
came down the river. 3.45 the Delaware arrived and anchored William Flye
