Russian ship sinks, killing over 100

An unlicensed, overcrowded Russian excursion boat sank on Sunday in the Volga River.  The boat also had defective engines and was reportedly already listing to the starboard side when it departed.  Russian authorities are conducting a criminal investigation into the cause of the disaster. http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/russian-ship-that-sank-was-unlicensed-overcrowded/2011/07/11/gIQA7hoY8H_story.html?hpid=z3
