Homeschool Programs

The Mariners' Museum provides your homeschoolers with the opportunity to experience maritime history and science and to help them recognize the sea's impact on their world and individual lives.

Through these programs, tailored specifically for homeschool families, your students will:

  • Learn by means not available in their homes or in a traditional classroom setting.
  • Move beyond SOL requirements and explore material within a real-world context.
  • Enjoy individualized learning.

The Mariners' Museum will also provide additional resources to equip families with the materials to continue learning at home.
