2014 Teacher Professional Development Classes
Take one day to enrich your students’ learning all year long!

Summer Teacher Professional Development Classes are designed to provide instructors with new insights into creating more engaging and stimulating lesson plans for their students. Each day-long session will focus on essential background and activities that the teachers can take back to the classroom.

Professional development classes can be taken for recertificaton points. The cost is $50 per session per day. Discounts are given for multi-day registrations or multi-participant registrations submitted by a school or school division. The price includes the professional development class, all take-home teacher materials, lunch and admission to The Mariners’ Museum.

The workshop concludes with a discussion of the changes we can make in our daily lives to improve the health of the Chesapeake Bay, or any other watershed in which we may live.
