Professional Development Courses

Take one day to enrich your students’ learning all year long!

Teacher professional development courses are designed to assist instructors in creating more engaging and stimulating lesson plans for their students. Each day-long session focuses on essential background and offers ideas for activities the teacher can take back to the classroom to enhance student learning.

Workshops can be taken for recertification points!

Professional Development Courses are offered for individual registration during the summer. School districts may schedule a Professional Development Course at any time during the year by contacting or (757) 591-7745. A minimum number is required.
