Your support as a member provides the financial foundation to the success of The Mariners’ Museum. Through your membership we are able to support our collection of over 35,000 artifacts through conservation and preservation, broaden our educational endeavors through seminars and lifelong learning opportunities and fund exciting exhibitions and programs. Your membership ensures that future generations will have the opportunity to experience The Mariners’ Museum for years to come.

The Mariners’ Museum and Park is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Memberships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Please note that memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Please present ID and membership card at Admission Desk each time you visit.

*Limitations and restrictions apply to event rental discounts.

*Children must be age 17 or younger living in the same household, or age 25 and younger with valid Student ID.

 

Join us for New Members’ Saturday! On this quarterly day of discovery, the Museum will be offering docent-led tours at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

All Members who register for the event will receive 20% off gift shop purchases, a chance to win a free image print from our extensive photo gallery and an opportunity to ask questions and find out about the latest exhibitions and events.

Don’t forget to stay and enjoy lunch in the newly appointed Museum Cafe operated by The Grey Goose.

New Members are encouraged to attend, but all Members are welcome!

Active Duty Military, Out of Town visitors (Home address is more than 90 miles away), Seniors, Students and all Teachers qualify for a 10% discount on all memberships.

Call (757) 591-7715 or email membership@MarinersMuseum.org to apply for the discount. Must show valid ID upon visit.

Do you know where your membership card is? If not, have no fear. As you renew your membership, you will receive a reissued membership card that is more durable and enhanced with new features. Present your membership card for general admission and at events to make check-in and registration quicker than ever.

The new membership cards are designed to last up to five years and will be electronically updated as you renew your membership. 

If your card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced for a fee of $5 per card.
