The Mariners’ Museum offers a comprehensive benefits package to our team members and their eligible dependents. Eligibility begins on the first of the month, after 30 days of employment.
Team members receive pro-rated personal leave upon hire date and begin accruing sick and vacation leave immediately, with vacation accrual being accessible after 90 days.

We understand that your eagerness to join our team could leave you anxiously waiting to hear from us.
