The Mariners’ ARRRtober Festival is a family-friendly event, featuring pirate-themed activities all day long! The event will begin with the Noland Trail Marathon & Relay in the morning. The Festival portion will begin at 1:00 PM, and will feature food trucks, live music, craft beer, cider and wine tastings, and lots of family-friendly games and activities.
Entrance to the Festival is $2 per person. Children 3 and under are free. Festival admission and drink tickets will be cash only. There will be an ATM on-site. Activities are included with Festival admission. Craft Beer tasting tickets are sold separately.

On event day, Museum Drive will be closed to through traffic. Event traffic will be one-way on Museum Drive. Attendees should enter the property from the Avenue of the Arts.

The Noland Trail Marathon & Relay will give runners the opportunity to race the ONLY event run on the beautiful Noland Trail in The Mariners’ Museum Park. Runners can take on this challenging run solo, or team up with friends and do it as a relay. Relay teams may have up to 5 members. To achieve the marathon distance, runners will run 5 laps on the trail, and a short section of course before and after each trail lap. For a 5-person relay team, each runner will run one lap. Teams made up of less than 5 runners will still need to complete the 5 laps, but can decide on their own who will complete each lap.
Festival entrance and tasting tickets are are included in race packets.

Advance sales will be available through October 12, and day of sales will be onsite only.
Tickets for single pints of beer, and glasses of wine and cider, can be purchased the day of the Festival at a drink ticket table.
This event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given.

Enter through main entrance to The Mariners’ Museum and Park from Avenue of the Arts/J Clyde Morris. There will be ONE-WAY traffic on Museum Drive the entire day of the event. There will be on-street parking on Museum Drive as well as parking in the main Museum parking lots. Look for Museum staff and volunteers directing traffic to the closest parking available. Handicap parking will be available close to the event site at Harvey Field. Enjoy a FREE hayride shuttle to and from parking lots/festival area.
