The Mariners' Museum and Park is seeking an Administrator to serve our Conservation Department. This position will be responsible for managing and facilitating the maintenance of laboratory equipment, maintaining detailed department records (paper and digital), and undertaking the purchasing of laboratory supplies and equipment to support the conservation and long-term care of objects within the Musem. The Administrator also manages the Health and Safety program within the Batten Conservation Complex working closely with conservation staff and the Human Resources Department.

The Individual Philanthropy Officer, under the general direction of the Senior Director of Advancement and in collaboration with other members of the Development division, oversees the outreach, stewardship, and cultivation of mid-level donors. This position is responsible for maintaining and helping to build a successful pipeline into major and planned gifts.
