Enjoy shared nautical tales and interpret artifacts that celebrate the spirit of the ocean. Learn how explorer discovered the world through navigation and cartography, trace the development of steam-powered ships, and get an insight into the history of sailing in our International Small Craft Center with a guided tour. Continue on this journey with our Collection’s Staff for a look at the Lipton Cup—a trophy that was presented to the winner of the 1906 race credited as the founding event for modern ocean racing. During the entire month of August, The Mariners’ Museum and Park Members will receive FREE admission and Member discounts at the American Civil War Museum (ACWM)! Mariners’ Museum Members who visit the ACWM will enjoy free admission for up to six people each day, discounts in the gift shop, and free parking.
To enjoy this benefit, simply show your Mariners’ Membership card and photo ID at the time of entry.
The American Civil War Museum has three locations that TMMP Members can visit with this offer:
Active Duty Military, Out of Town visitors (Home address is more than 90 miles away), Seniors, Students and all Teachers qualify for a 10% discount on all memberships.
Do you know where your membership card is? If not, have no fear. As you renew your membership, you will receive a reissued membership card that is more durable and enhanced with new features. Present your membership card for general admission and at events to make check-in and registration quicker than ever.
The new membership cards are designed to last up to five years and will be electronically updated as you renew your membership.
If your card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced for a fee of $5 per card.

As a benefit of Membership at the Individual + One through Premium levels, each Member household is entitled to two, one-time use guest passes, and one one-time use guest pass for Individual-level membership programs, per membership term.
As of January 1, 2014, The Mariners’ Museum will no longer honor guest passes without expiration dates, with former presidents or from prior membership terms.We greatly appreciate your adherence to this policy.
The Mariners’ Museum and Park is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Memberships are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Please note that memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
